New — filed August 27, 2026: the requests behind The Drey Dossier's corrected NDS timeline. Eight requests went in following the Aug 26 "Charlie Kirk data machine" re-diff of the National Design Studio certificate record. On the record so far:
- FBI — where did the 16,000 Utah Valley tip-line submissions go: retention, intake statistics, transfers, and any AI-training use (eFOIPA receipt, same-day ack)
- Election Assistance Commission — NDS/vote.gov records for Aug–Dec 2025: the prior "no records" answer only covered 2026, but the vote.gov preview's first TLS certificate is September 8, 2025 (as filed)
- Department of State — the authorization for NDS's role in passports.gov (as filed)
- Five more via agency portals, acknowledgments pending: FBI–NDS correspondence for September 8–13, 2025 around the tip-line preview's creation; GSA provisioning records for the ndstudio.gov infrastructure hosts; DOJ's paperwork reclassifying the FBI's tip-scoring AI (TIPS) out of rights-impacting; FBI AI impact assessments for the three September-2025 systems; and the FBI's tip-line capability review ordered December 4, 2025.

Two requests are on hold behind a bill. The Office of the Governor of Utah has not refused these records, and has not said whether any exist. It will only start searching once its estimated fee is paid, and it says paying does not guarantee any records come back. Both bills were issued July 17, 2026 and were due August 3, 2026.
