Provo's response to a request for the airport's records for September 10, 2025: the airfield operations log, any record of unusual operations, transient-aircraft and landing/fuel records, and any correspondence with federal agencies about that day's operations. The city released one record — airfield inspection #2912, performed at 5:35 a.m. that morning, every item marked satisfactory — and denied the rest on the stated ground that “the agency does not have this record” (Utah Code § 63G-2-201(7)). The denial form states no other responsive records exist in any of the four categories.

The separation agreement, general release, and waiver between Washington County and Sheriff Nate Brooksby, signed March 28, 2026, with his irrevocable resignation letter attached as Exhibit A. The agreement records that the county had “received allegations of misconduct” which Brooksby denies; that he resigns effective March 27, 2026; that the county will pay him $100,000 within 14 days and “refrain from any further investigation into the allegations”; and that he may keep his county cell phone but may not enter secured county areas from March 30, 2026. Eight pages released in response to a request for the agreement covering the September 10, 2025 Turning Point USA event: the event confirmation (“Turning Point Club – The American Comeback,” courtyard reserved 7 a.m.–6 p.m., expected attendance 200) and a text-message thread between UVU Event Services and the event coordinator running from August 19 to September 9, 2025. The thread records that the courtyard fountain was confirmed off “all day” for the event, a commercial filming setup was discussed, amplified sound was approved, a Major Event Assessment Committee review took place, and campus police were included before the event. Names and contact details are redacted by UVU under § 63G-2-305(11) and (12), and student information under FERPA.
